Bayscapes Inc. is seeking a professional and customer-focused Remote Call Center Agent to join our team. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide exceptional support — all from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer questions and concerns
Make outbound calls to follow up on inquiries or provide service updates
Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system
Resolve issues promptly or escalate when necessary
Maintain a courteous and helpful attitude in all interactions
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
Dependable internet connection and a quiet work environment

Pay: $25.00 to $28.00 per HOUR
